Duncan Callow, the talent behind the lens at alexandrapatrick won the Ashford Best Placed Photo Competition 2009.
The challenge was to capture a favourite image that best summed up the phrase ‘Ashford Best Placed in Britain’.
All shortlisted photos were displayed anonymously, so the general public had no idea of who had taken the photographs or any link between participants.
Ashford’s Future managing director Judith Armitt said: “Each of the winning images gives us a unique perspective of Ashford’s finest qualities, and it was a privilege to see how different competitors responded.”
