alexandrapatrick is 10 years old. That’s a decade of marketing or to put it another way, that’s over 30,000 hours of strategic marketing, photography and copywriting, healthcare marketing and digital delivery, to over 70 clients.

We share our tenth year with the tenth anniversaries of YouTube and Huffington Post. Although the marketing world we live in has dramatically changed in the last ten years, a few things remain for us – we’re loyal to the people we work with and passionate about what we do!
