I’m Maria, founder of alexandrapatrick, an independent communications agency set up 20 years ago – I’ve honed accredited knowledge and expertise to lead as a strategic consultant and coach. I blend my energy and curiosity to collaborate and partner with individuals, teams and brands.

My experience and training have given me the rigour to help people find focus. I’m professionally qualified in activating behaviour change, motivational strategies and communication techniques.
Consultant
I’m a curious, creative, marketer with 30 years’ professional experience and expertise. I’m independent and will have an objective view of a dilemma. I’ve project-managed and activated campaigns across businesses big or small, local government and non-profits.
Active Champion
I volunteer as a Physical Activity Champion for Kent. engaging with the local community and GP surgery, to encourage more people to move more every day. I’ve had first-hand experience navigating the complex health services system. It’s helped me fully appreciate the importance of person-centred care and the challenges many face navigating change and uncertainty.

I’m accredited by the NHS Personalised Care Institute (PCI) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMMC UK). I have full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
