Cook have launched a new and improved range of frozen meals that look and taste like they’re home-made.

The Kent-based business launched their superb summer menu and wanted a taster set of images to do their new and improved recipes justice.

Selecting seasoned food photographer Duncan Callow of alexandrapatrick turned out to be an inspired decision – his challenge was to capture the essence of a meal that no-one can tell hasn’t been homemade.

He said: “Shop-bought frozen meals can look very uninspiring. But Cook’s range really does look homemade and was a pleasure to shoot. The desserts were a particular pleasure – and tasted rather good too!”

Cook’s home-made philosophy is underpinned by endeavouring to use the same ingredients and techniques that a good cook would use at home. They have pioneered the production of delicious, quality frozen meals, worthy of a special dinner party, corporate function or simple family meal.
