Pierre Koffmann invites alexandrapatrick to shoot new menu items
The leading London chef returned to The Berkeley Hotel in Knightsbridge with a new restaurant last summer.
alexandrapatrick were privileged to work with the king of the kitchen in photographing some of his new dishes.
Pierre Koffman has achieved pretty much all there is to achieve in the restaurant business. Awarded three Michelin stars at La Tante Claire, the Gascogny native is now cooking up his favourite dishes at the eponymously titled restaurant (based at The Berkeley Hotel in London).
Duncan Callow, alexandrapatrick’s renowned food photographer, was recently invited to Koffmann’s to shoot some of Pierre’s new dishes, plus a few of his old favourites, such as scallops in squid ink.
Duncan commented: “Pierre Koffmann is culinary royalty. It was a real privilege to be granted exclusive access to his kitchen, his staff and his beautiful food.” Duncan was able to shoot such delights as citrus fruit terrine, Gascogny apple pie, roast rabbit and the finest Foie Gras.
