With more than 30 years’ experience, Maria Callow, founder of alexandrapatrick, blends intelligence, empathy and energy to support people and brands through coaching and strategic consultancy.

I’m Maria, founder of alexandrapatrick, an independent communications agency I established 20 years ago. With more than 30 years’ experience, I blend strategic insight, empathy and energy to support people and brands through consultancy and coaching.

I’ve led and activated campaigns across scaling SMEs, local government and non‑profits.

I’m also a pro‑bono business mentor for the Kent Foundation and Growing Kent & Medway, a wellbeing mentor for Kent Wildlife Trust, a Forestry England Champion and a Mental Health First Aider.

I work in partnership with people and brands, sharing honest, independent insight to help you move forward with confidence.

My own experience navigating complex health services has shaped my belief in person‑centred support and the importance of empathy when people face change and uncertainty.

My experience and training have given me the rigour to help people and brands find focus. I’m EMCC accredited and qualified in activating behaviour change and motivational strategies.

Consultant

I’m a curious, creative, marketer with 30 years’ professional experience and expertise. I’m an independent marketing consultant, qualified in strategic communications. 

Mentor

I’m a business mentor for the Kent Foundation and Growing Kent and Medway sharing knowledge with entrepreneurs and a Kent Wildlife Trust wellbeing mentor. 

Champion

I volunteer as a Physical Activity Champion for Kent engaging with the local community and GP surgery, to encourage more people to be more active and I am Forestry England champion.

My qualifications, accreditations and memberships reflect a dedication to both lifelong learning and professional excellence.

Accreditations and Memberships

I’m accredited by the NHS Personalised Care Institute (PCI) and hold an European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC UK) Individual Accreditation working within a coaching code of ethics. I have full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance and am a Mental Health First Aider.

I maintain my professional development with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and a member of the EMCC engaging in professional coach supervision.
