Walk and talk coaching

Walk and talk coaching provides an alternative to online or indoors coaching. The conversation and pace will be led by you and will be in a relaxed and natural environment. Being outdoors helps you feel energised, giving you space to gather thoughts, gain perspective and connect with nature.

Corporate Coaching

Corporate coaching helps individuals remove the barriers holding them back at work. Each individual has unique needs, so we work with them offering personalised guidance to develop skills to support growth goals. Coaching is delivered in bespoke sessions either online or in person at your workplace.
